I am not a substitute for a direct, hands-on veterinary examination of your pet, and I don’t believe similar online websites are either, regardless of what they claim. The best I can do is explain your pet’s health issues and offer the same suggestions I would if you, your pet, and I were all together. You can contact me directly by email or through a video-calling app. Corresponding with me that way and sharing tests you have already had done or symptoms you have observed might give me enough information to help, based on my many years as a practicing veterinarian.
