What is a virtual mailbox?

A virtual mailbox is an online platform via which you can see all your postal mail & packages. Access it using any desktop or mobile device, with a simple email & password.

How does it work?

Once a piece of mail arrives in your name, we process it & upload a picture of the outside of your envelope/package (this way you know who the mail item is from, along with information on the dimensions, weight of package etc.)

From that point, you can choose to have the documents in the envelope, scanned & uploaded to your account, ship it to your location or shred the mail item.

If you receive bank checks, you can request that we deposit them to your bank of choice, free of charge.

Where is the address located?

Your vDaak digital address is located in California in the Bay Area.

What documents do I need to start the service?
  • Two forms of ID (e.g driver’s license, passport etc.)
  • A notarized 1583 form (this form is going to be autofilled by our system after you sign up. You will need to simply download it & have it Notarized by our customer service team, or a third party Notary.
  • The final step is to complete a change of address with the USPS. This will inform the USPS to forward your mail to your new vDaak Digital Address.
